MAPP: Machines for the Automation of Production Processes

The heart of the project is the extension of D.Electron's Z32 numerical control system for the automation of machine tools intended for unattended production

The key points of the project are:

• Direct management, by the CNC, of the automation on the machine for unattended machining
• Regenerative power supply of the digital drive system for braking energy recovery
• Direct calculation and optimization of the machine's electrical energy efficiency
• Creation of flexible and extremely simple user interfaces
